Autumn has arrived and with it the time of pumpkins. Below we give you a suggestion on how to use a pumpkin. When the first autumn rains fall and it gets cold outside, in addition to a blanket, you can also warm up with this sweet drink. It is an aromatic beverage with coffee and pumpkin syrup.
First of all, you need to prepare pumpkin spice syrup.
For pumpkin spice syrup you need:
•500g pumpkin, peeled and cubed
•22g Pumpkin Spice Mix(cassia, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves).
•Juice the pumpkin flesh and weigh the resulting juice. (It should be a little under 250g of juice)
•Top up with water until the liquid total is 500g.
•Add sugar and spice mixture to the bowl.
•Put the mixture on the fire and let it cook over low heat.
•Remove from the stove when the consistency of the syrup is obtained (approximately 250g of syrup should be obtained)
•Strain the syrup through a sieve.
•Pour the syrup into a glass bottle and store it in the refrigerator.

•Using espresso machine prepare one coffee dose. If you do not have an espresso machine, you can prepare coffee using other ways we have written about so far(turkish, moka, french press).
•Add 12g of pumpkin spice syrup.
•Heat the milk and if you can make a little cream.
•Pour milk and cream over coffee and pumpkin syrup.
•Garnish with spice mixture.
•Enjoy this autumn and aromatic drink. Mmmm, it’s not that bad this fall either!
