6. chapter. Aeropress

Dear students, we haven't been in touch with you for a while now. However, we now continue with your education and we bring you some new recipes. Today we'll talk about aeropress preparation of filter coffee.

Our friend, a coffee lover, Ino Zeljak , is our guest in this chapter and he has prepared a recipe for making coffee in aeropress. You can watch the full video of the preparation on our social networks (Instagram).

To make this coffee perfect, you will need aeropress, scale, 24 grams of coarsely ground coffee.
Follow the further steps please:
1.step. turn the aeropress upside-down and add the ground coffee
2.step. heat water in a kettle, up to 100 degrees approximately
3.step. add 72 gr of water to the aeropress and stir 20x (when you add water, start measuring time)
4.step. after 45 seconds add the rest of the water, up to 240ml
5.step. put 2 filters in the aeropress lid, rinse the filters with warm water and put them on the aeropress
6.step. at 1 min 50 sec turn the aeropress in the bowl and start pressing it slowly
7.step. extraction should be completed at 2 min 45 sec
8.step. add another 5ml of water to the coffee from the jug in which you heated the water
